The Health District is proud to present its second annual conference – Plug into Community Conversations. This conference aims to continue closing the gap between theory and practice, equipping participants with actionable steps to have the hard conversations the community needs to improve health status. Sessions cover communication strategies, maternal health, mental wellness, education, and a Q&A panel discussing burnout and wellness in the workplace.
