Barnett’s Public House: Texas’ largest whiskey bar – and the third-largest in the nation – awaits you along Franklin Avenue, open until 11 p.m. on weekdays and 1 a.m. on weekends! Their late-night menu is a local favorite.
Coach’s Smoke: Open until 11 p.m. on weekends, Coach’s Smoke is a contemporary, casual bar and grill that’s always a crowd-pleaser. If your favorite sport is in season, there’s no better place to watch!
Diamondback’s: From steak to sushi to seafood to sweets, Diamondback’s has it all! Priding itself on top-notch hospitality, this Texas steakhouse is available to serve you until 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Z’s at the Curry: Named after and housed within a historic building that predates the legendary tornado of 1953, Z’s at the Curry serves coffee, cocktails and appetizers Tuesday through Saturday evenings, some days as late as 11 p.m. Stop by for a refined taste of downtown!

Dichotomy: Coffee shop by day and cocktail bar by night, Dichotomy Coffee & Spirits is open until midnight on weekdays and 1 a.m. on weekends! Whether you want a Macchiato or a Martini, their menu has your fix.
Lighthouse: On the corner of Washington and 7th sits Lighthouse Coffee & Wine. As their name suggests, you can find ethically sourced coffee, choose from a well-curated selection of wines or enjoy their full-service bar serving specialty cocktails until 10 p.m. every day!
One Day: In true Waco fashion, One Day’s menu brews coffee and crafts cocktails all day long. Their rotating menu features unique spins on classic drinks, meaning you can find something new every time. They’re open as late as 1 a.m. on weekends!
Stay Classy: Nestled along Austin Avenue, Stay Classy is a cocktail and wine lounge open until 10 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends! In addition to drinks, they do serve a small selection of food in partnership with Nancy’s Cocina.
For Fun
The Backyard: Open until 2 a.m. every day, The Backyard Bar Stage & Grill has something for everyone! Surrounding their outdoor concert stage are a full restaurant, bar, rooftop deck, fire pits, yard games and more! Head to their website to see their rotating lineup of live music and plan your visit.
Putter’s: This arcade, mini-golf and sports bar is open daily until 2 a.m., with their kid-friendly hours ending at 8 p.m. They serve food from local restaurants and have a long list of specials updated daily!
Stumpy’s Hatchet House: The perfect place to bring a large group, Stumpy’s is the first indoor hatchet-throwing venue in the United States. You can compete with your friends and family in a friendly round of ax throwing until 10 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays and midnight on Fridays!
Waco Escape Rooms: Another great option for a group event, Waco Escape Rooms is open until 10 p.m. on weekends. Make sure to book your room in advance to secure your chance to escape. Good luck!

Cricket’s: Known for its effortless combination of dinner, drinks and games, Cricket’s is the perfect all-in-one stop. Their doors are open until midnight on weekdays and 2 a.m. on weekends!
Half-Time: This restaurant and bar is open from Thursdays through Sundays until 2 a.m. Half-Time is the place to go if you’re expecting a late night!
