The Brazos River Sharkfest Swim will consist of 3 distances: 1K, 1.5 mile and 2.4 mile swims in Lake Brazos through downtown Waco in the heart of Texas.  The 1K swim will start at McLane Stadium Marina. The 1.5 mile and 2.4 mile swims will start at the Bledsoe Miller Recreation Center. All swims will finish at the Marina at Baylor University.  The 1.5 mile swim will be point to point down the river under the many bridges including the historic Waco Suspension Bridge built in 1870 to accommodate the cattle drives on the Chisholm Trail.
