We are excited to announce the return of the City of Waco’s annual Fourth on the Brazos celebration, featuring the H-E-B Fireworks Extravaganza and live music from funk trailblazers The Family Stone, who will be performing their classic hits from the late ‘60s and early ‘70s.
Make plans to join us on Tuesday, July 4 at Touchdown Alley (next to McLane Stadium). Fourth on the Brazos is a Waco tradition with food trucks, live entertainment, family fun and fireworks. Admission is free. Gates open at 6 p.m., and the fireworks kick off at 9:15 p.m.
Event Schedule:
6 p.m. – Gates Open
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – DJ Eddie Rose
7:30 p.m. – The Family Stone
9:10 p.m. – Patriotic Ceremony by the Waco Community Band
9:15 p.m. – H-E-B Fireworks Extravaganza
Chairs, blankets, shade umbrellas and coolers are allowed, just no glass bottles or containers.
Clear Bag/Purse Policy: To ensure the safety of guests and expedite the entry process, clear bags/purses are required for entrance into the event interior at Touchdown Alley. Some examples are included on the image below for reference. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags, waist bags and wallet-sized bags or clutches. All bags are subject to inspection. Please note there are no bag size restrictions or limits to the number of clear bags you can bring in.
