The sale includes books (including a large children’s selection), DVDs/CDs/LPs and a Collector’s Corner of special interest items.
Hardbacks $2, Soft Cover/Paperbacks $2, Children’s Books $2 per inch. This year’s admission is FREE all three days! Fridays hours are 4-8 and no sales tax will be charged! Saturdays hours are 10 am – 8 pm and it is teacher appreciation day – teachers with an ID get 20% off all day! Sunday hours are 12 pm – 9 pm and it is $10 bag day and it’s Non-profit Sunday – All local non-profits welcome, with proof of tax-exempt status, may take leftover books for their organizations at no charge. Must provide your own help and boxes (2 people per organization), and from 7 to 9 pm will be Moonlight Madness! Remaining books will be offered to the public/book sale attendees for a $10 fee everywhere except the Corner. They may take as many of the remaining books as they can box up in that time frame. Friends’ Members get FREE admission to Moonlight Madness. The mission of the Friends of the Waco-McLennan County Library is to support the Waco-McLennan County Library system in their endeavors to better the entire community!
