What began as a small initiative has grown into a powerful workforce development program providing women with professional attire, career preparation, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue new possibilities. This special evening will celebrate a decade of impact while looking ahead to the future of Esther’s Closet and the continued work of empowering women throughout our community.

Guests will enjoy a cocktail-style atmosphere with open seating, a cash bar, and reserved seating for VIP sponsors. Dressy cocktail attire is encouraged, and hats are highly encouraged as we celebrate in true Hats Off to Her style!
