Participate in a fun scavenger hunt and learn about the founding of Waco! Waco History, Historic Waco, the Texas Collection, and other Waco groups are hosting a scavenger hunt for Waco’s 175th anniversary! Join us on September 7th for a family-friendly scavenger hunt to trace Waco’s early years. Starting from the Waco Farmer’s Market at 500 Washington Ave anytime between 8:30 am and 10 a.m., individuals or teams will travel around Waco to learn about the city’s early history. You can sign up to compete or volunteer for the event.
